Back In Line Chiropractic is now offering hot/cold contrast therapy for shoulder and knee utilizing the Hyperice X. This unique piece of technology switches between deep cold and penetrating heat to help speed up recovery from injury. The alternating temperature helps by increasing circulation and decreasing swelling in injured knees and shoulders. With increased blood flow we can reduce inflammation and pain while increasing your range of motion.

The Venom 2 unit uses deep heat and soothing vibration massage to ease sore lower back muscles. The units large band is easily wrapped around your core and provides a gentle compression to the lumbar spine. Our PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy mat generates a small magnetic field which passes freely through the tissues of the body and helps to reduce inflammation. The mat also generates infrared heat that stimulates blood flow over the warmed tissues of the body. The combined effects of reduced inflammation and increased circulation will help to reduce stress, muscle tightness, and pain. This overall will improve recovery, energy, and a sense of well-being.
